The Company
Our client is a well-established block management agent with a strong reputation across their portfolio. Due to continued growth, they're looking to bring in an experienced New Business Manager to drive new instructions and grow the managed portfolio.
The Role
This is a business development role focused on winning new management instructions from Residents' Management Companies, RTM companies, freeholders and developers. You'll own the full sales cycle – from generating leads and building relationships through to pitching at board meetings and closing the deal.

Day to day, you'll be:
- Generating new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach and your own industry contacts
- Attending site visits and presenting to RMC/RTM directors, freeholders and developers
- Preparing proposals, management quotes and tender responses
- Building relationships with solicitors, surveyors, developers and other referral sources
- Working with the property management team to ensure a smooth handover of new instructions
- Representing the company at industry events and keeping visible in the market
- Managing your pipeline and reporting on activity and conversions
What They're Looking For
- Proven track record of winning new business within block management / leasehold property management
- Strong understanding of the block management sector, including service charges, RMC/RTM structures and leasehold legislation
- Confident presenting to boards and comfortable pitching at director level
- Self-starter who can generate their own leads and manage a pipeline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IRPM/TPI qualification desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence preferred
