New Business Manager

Company Description Charle Agency, a certified Shopify Plus Partner, is a leading eCommerce web design and development agency. Specialising in strategic website design and advanced Shopify development, we help brands achieve success through cutting-edge technology and innovative design. Our collaborative approach includes in-depth research and competitor analysis to craft high-performance eCommerce experiences. Beyond initial projects, we offer optimisation and support packages to ensure continuous improvement, client satisfaction, and expert guidance from our talented digital team.

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Business Development professional located in the City of London, with 2 to 3 days per week in the office and flexibility for remote work. You will own the full inbound sales cycle: qualifying leads, running discovery calls, managing follow-up cadences, and converting opportunities into signed projects. On a daily basis, you will manage and nurture the sales pipeline, liaise closely with our design and development teams to scope projects accurately, and craft compelling proposals that reflect each client's needs. You will ensure a seamless client journey from initial contact through to project handover, and play a key role in driving revenue growth for the agency by working towards clear targets and expanding our client base.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
