New Business Manager

Salary: £60,000 depending on experience plus up to 10% bonus entitlement.

Location: Warwick - Hybrid (frequent UK & Ireland Travel with occasional overseas travel)

About the Role

As an New Business Manager, you will take ownership of customer relationships across the UK, driving growth, identifying new opportunities, and positioning us as the partner of choice for industrial power solutions.

You will operate at the centre of commercial and technical conversations, influencing decisions from concept through to commissioning.

Who are you?

You are a technical sales professional who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities and converting complex requirements into long term customer partnerships. In addition to developing untapped markets, you will also enjoy nurturing and growing established accounts within the power generation market.

You Bring

  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent hands on technical experience
  • A proven track record of winning new business
  • Strong account management capability with a strategic mindset
  • Proven success in sales within an OEM/manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels from engineers to senior decision makers
  • You enjoy being in the field, meeting customers, and representing a premium brand at exhibitions and industry events.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with confidence
  • A collaborative approach that you work well with both customers and internal teams
  • A valid UK driving licence

What You Will Be Doing

  • Owning the full sales lifecycle from identifying and qualifying opportunity through to final quotation, delivery and after-sales engagement
  • Actively identifying, targeting, and winning new OEM customers, expanding our footprint through structured prospecting and opportunity development
  • Providing technical guidance to customers on installation and product application
  • Growing and strengthening existing accounts by identifying new applications, projects, and upsell opportunities
  • Creating and managing forecasts, supporting allocation planning
  • Supporting marketing activities including campaigns, exhibitions, and events
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting and deputising for the Industrial Sales Manager when required
  • Participate in commissioning tests and product demonstrations

You will report directly to our Industrial Sales Director and work closely with our Applications Engineer and Industrial OEM Account Manager to deliver seamless solutions for customers.
