The Role
This is a true new-business / hunter role, focused on identifying, winning, and developing new customer relationships across the UK & Ireland. You will build and manage your own pipeline, engage senior decision-makers, and position Cimbali Group UK as a long-term strategic partner — not simply a supplier.

You will work closely with our sales, service, training, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that balance strong commercial performance with an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline from scratch
- Leading consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders
- Presenting premium coffee solutions across our brand portfolio
- Managing opportunities end-to-end, from first contact to close
- Representing Cimbali Group UK at key industry events and exhibitions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in new business / hunter sales roles
- Strong consultative selling skills with a commercial mindset
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own territory
- Experience in hospitality, coffee, equipment, or B2B solutions
- Resilient, structured, and motivated by building something meaningful
