Regional Sales Manager – New Business | Murco Brand | Field-Based UK
Are you a proven sales professional with a strong background in the UK retail fuels sector? Do you thrive on winning new business, building long-term customer relationships, and driving commercial growth?
We are looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager – New Business to join our growing Dealer Operations team and play a pivotal role in expanding the Murco dealer network across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing As a key member of the business, you'll be responsible for: ✅ Identifying and winning new dealer customers from competing fuel suppliers ✅ Negotiating and securing profitable Murco fuel supply agreements ✅ Managing and developing a portfolio of existing dealer customers ✅ Renewing fuel supply agreements and maximising customer retention ✅ Acting as a trusted advisor to forecourt operators, supporting business growth and operational success

✅ Building strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, hauliers, and internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For We're seeking someone with: ✔ Proven success within the retail fuels dealer market ✔ Strong knowledge of the UK fuel industry and forecourt operations ✔ Outstanding negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills ✔ Commercial acumen with strong numeracy and analytical abilities ✔ A self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset ✔ The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team
