š”Who Are We? š”
At Breathe, weāre on a mission to make people management simpler, smarter, and more human for SMEs across the UK.
Weāre a fast-growing SaaS business with a people-centric culture, a strong product, and big ambitions for the future. Our Sales team plays a huge part in that journey, helping prospective customers discover the value of Breathe and supporting them from first interest through to becoming confident, successful customers.
If youāre commercially driven, love building rapport, and enjoy helping customers find the right solution, this could be the role for you.
š„Why This Role Is SO Important:š„
As a New Business Sales Executive, youāll play a key role in driving new customer growth by engaging leads and converting prospects during their 14-day free trial.
Youāll be responsible for helping prospects understand the value of Breathe, guiding them through the sales journey with honesty and confidence, and making sure they have a smooth path to value. Youāll also look beyond inbound trials to create new opportunities, re-engage inactive leads, and help maximise revenue through thoughtful, proactive sales activity.
This is a high-impact role where customer empathy, commercial thinking, and product knowledge all come together. You wonāt just be closing deals, youāll be shaping the customer experience and helping more businesses discover the right solution for their needs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Own individual monthly revenue targets by maximising customer spend through active and effective prospect engagement.
- Support prospects throughout their free trial, helping them understand how Breathe can meet their needs and whether weāre the right fit for their business.
- Create a seamless, efficient customer journey that reduces time to value and improves the buying experience.
- Generate opportunities outside of the inbound trial model to boost revenue and expand the customer base.
- Identify inactive leads and lost trials, then proactively re-engage them in the pipeline.
- Create scalable self-service resources such as webinars, videos, and guides to support customers through their buying journey.
