Join Breathe HR as a New Business Sales Executive on a 12-month contract to drive customer growth. You will consultatively engage SME prospects during their 14-day free trials, guiding them toward the right solutions. What You Will Do
- Own monthly revenue targets by proactively engaging prospects and maximizing customer spend through effective, consultative sales activity and trial conversions.
- Guide SME prospects through their 14-day free trial journey, ensuring they understand the product value and identifying if Breathe HR is the right fit.
- Develop scalable self-service resources, such as webinars and guides, while re-engaging inactive leads to maintain a healthy and productive sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate
- Proven commercial drive with experience in consultative sales environments like recruitment, estate agency, or high-level customer support where target delivery is key.
- Exceptional rapport-building skills and the ability to communicate product value effectively to both technical and non-technical decision-makers at small businesses.
- Highly organized and tech-savvy professional who is eager to learn new systems and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented software environment.
