New Business Sales Executive – Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing – Private Sector Practice - UK Wide
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Solution Sales Executive to drive new revenue growth and expand our private sector business across both our Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic relationships up to ‘C Suite’ level, and promoting our organisation's Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing solutions to potential new clients. This role requires a strong understanding of Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing principles, excellent solution sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our whole suite of solutions to prospective customers.

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective new logo sales within the target market for Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing solutions, covering the areas of Pen Testing, Red Teaming, SOC/SIEM, Automation Testing, Performance Testing, Test Management and Consultancy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships up to ‘C Suite’ level with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at prospective client organisations.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to understand clients' Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing challenges and requirements, and effectively articulate the value proposition of Resillion’s many other service offerings.
- Collaborate closely with our technical leaders to tailor testing solutions to meet clients' specific needs and address their Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing concerns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations that demonstrate the benefits of our testing services and differentiate us from competitors.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Experience Required
- You will have a proven track record of success in new logo solution sales, within the sectors of Cybersecurity, and QA Software Testing.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, influencers, and decision-makers.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
