New Business Sales Executive
New Business Sales Executive – Apparel & Fashion
Are you ready to take the next step in your business development career?
We’re looking for a commercially driven New Business Sales Executive with apparel, merchandise, or fashion experience to join our team and drive growth across key customer accounts and emerging market opportunities.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you’ll:
- Develop strategic relationships
- Identify new revenue streams
- Expand our presence across music merchandise, touring, retail, and licensing
You’ll work closely with major brands, music industry partners, and retail customers, playing a key role in delivering high-quality merchandise solutions that meet the demands of fast-moving markets.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving business growth:
- Grow existing accounts while uncovering new opportunities in retail, music merchandise, touring, and licensing
- Building关系:
- Develop strong relationships with Buyers, Merchandisers, Tour Managers, Licensing Partners, and decision-makers
- Strategic expansion:
- Expand product categories, deepen account engagement, and maximise revenue growth
- Commercial management:
- Lead pricing, margins, forecasting, and sales target management
- Inter-team collaboration:
- Work with internal teams to deliver fast-turnaround merchandise solutions while maintaining quality and service standards
- Market insight & strategy:
- Monitor trends, consumer behaviour, artist merchandising activity, and competitor developments to spot growth opportunities
- Sales leadership:
- Lead customer meetings, presentations, and business reviews to secure new deals
- End-to-end project delivery:
- Collaborate with design, production, and operations teams to execute client briefs efficiently
- Manage critial paths, orders, and project timelines for seamless delivery across multiple accounts

Requirements
### Essential Experience & Skills
- 2+ years in business development, sales, or account management, specifically within apparel, fashion, merchandise, or related sectors
- Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of identifying and converting new business
- Experience in fast-paced customer environments, where speed-to-market and quality standards are critical
- Proficiency in handling relationships with major brands, retailers, and industry partners
- Achievable track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
- Ability to multitask across multiple projects and customer requirements
- Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial decision-making skills
- Creative, trend-aware approach with deep understanding of consumer markets

### Preferred Knowledge
- Understanding of music merchandise, licensing, touring, or promotional products
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Full driving licence
