  2. Entrepreneurial and
  3. Mega pro-active!

East Anglia / Suffolk | £35,000–£45,000 basic | £70,000–£90,000 OTE + benefits

A very dynamic go-getter's sales role for a very ambitious company with huge projects!

Are you a proper go-getter with a background in property, lettings or estate agency who's ready to swap chasing residential deals for commercial space on some of Suffolk's best sites?

This is a chance to join a dynamic, growth-focused developer at a genuinely exciting stage. This isn't a role for someone who waits for leads to land on their desk — you'll be sourcing your own opportunities, opening doors that haven't been opened before, and thinking strategically about which sites, occupiers and investors to go after next. You'll also be hands-on and happy to get stuck in and get the deal done, from first phone call through to signature. If you're money-motivated, hungry for targets, and genuinely love the chase of new business, this role was built for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll be doing:

  • Sourcing your own leads and opportunities — building a pipeline from scratch, not working one that's handed to you
  • Thinking strategically about which sites, sectors and occupiers to target, then getting hands-on to make it happen
  • Opening doors with agents, occupiers and investors through networking, cold outreach and sheer persistence
  • Representing the business on high-profile sites across Suffolk and the wider East Anglia region
  • Owning the sales process end-to-end, from first contact through to deal completion
  • Working closely with the wider team to help drive the company's growth plans forward

What we're looking for:

  • A background in property sales, lettings, rentals or estate agency
  • A genuine passion for sales, money and opening doors — you love the deal as much as the payday
  • A track record of hitting and beating targets — properly money-motivated
  • A self-starter who sources their own business rather than waiting for it to arrive
  • A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, get-it-done attitude
  • Strong work ethic and real staying power when things get tough
  • Life anchors — someone settled, driven and in it for the long haul
  • Based in or around East Anglia, with the flexibility to cover sites across Suffolk
