ABOUT THE ROLE As a new business sales manager based out of our Newbury office, you will be part of Vish's growth across the UK. You will be joining a vibrant team of highly motivated sales people to engage and sell to independent salons owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close. This is a hybrid inside and outside sales role reporting to the UK Sales Manager. You will generate interest, run demos, manage your pipeline, engage business owners face to face, attend industry events, and network across industry contacts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Drive new business growth Own a personal quota of new business revenue across your UK territory Actively prospect independent salon businesses Build pipeline through outbound, inbound, partner channels, and in-person field activity Run the full sales cycle Lead discovery, demonstration, and commercial conversations with salon owners and stylists Close deals end to end, negotiate terms, and complete commercial paperwork Coordinate the handoff of closed customers to Customer Success for onboarding Be the face of Vish in the UK Represent Vish at UK industry events, salon expos, and partner gatherings Build deep relationships across the UK salon and beauty community Travel for in-person customer visits and meetings Operational discipline Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, pipeline forecasting, and territory planning Provide visibility into pipeline health, deal progression, and territory performance

WHAT YOU BRING 4+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 2 years carrying personal quota Demonstrated success closing new business deals end to end, with consistent quota attainment Comfortable with both inside (virtual demos, calls, digital prospecting) and outside (in-person customer meetings, field activity, events) sales motions Self-starter mindset, comfortable building pipeline from a cold start Strong commercial communicator able to adapt tone for salon owners through to multi-location operators Proficiency with modern CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable) Full UK right to work and a valid UK driving licence Based in or willing to travel to our Newbury office
