Manning Global, a premier global staffing and managed services provider specialising in worldwide leading sectors such as Social Media, E-Commerce, ICT, Engineering, AI, Automotive, and Energy is recruiting for a New Business & Seller Growth Executive – Collectibles on behalf of one of their blue chip international clients to join their organisation in the UK.

Job Description:
This role suits someone who understands the collectibles space: the culture, the community, and the commercial mechanics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, social) to identify and qualify high-potential collectibles seller-partners, including brands, independent retailers, resellers, and collector communities
- Lead initial seller pitches; translate the platform's commercial proposition into tailored value for collectibles sellers at various stages of growth
- Assess seller fit and platform readiness; identify clear pathways to revenue growth within the collectibles vertical (blind boxes, designer toys, trading cards, figures, and adjacent categories)
- Support end-to-end seller onboarding, including registration, account setup, and activation
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing seller support and smooth navigation of platform tools and growth levers
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets related to seller acquisition and revenue growth (target timeline: 3–6 months)
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the collectibles landscape: key brands, market trends, competitor platforms, and community dynamics

Experience/Qualifications:

- Proven B2B sales acumen: experience in SDR, BDR, or full-cycle sales, ideally within eCommerce, marketplace, or platform environments
- Excellent communication skills: confident, persuasive, and clear in both written and verbal form, for outbound outreach, pitches, and external negotiations
- Self-driven and well-organised: strong time management and the ability to operate autonomously in a remote-first setup
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Direct experience or genuine interest in the collectibles space: trading cards, blind boxes, designer toys, figures, or related categories
- Background in high-growth eCommerce, online marketplace, or platform business
- Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling, or startup-style environment
