New Car Sale Executive

Join Williams Motor Group and discover a different kind of career in sales; one that rewards your time, talent and ambition.

Here’s the reality: if you consistently sell around 2 cars a week, you can earn around £52k a year. Our top Sales Executives earn £80k+.

You’ll achieve this with a 2-week rotating shift pattern, an average of 5 days a week and you’ll only work every other weekend, alongside premium facilities and access to prestige cars at a great staff rate.

Earnings and progression

You’ll start with a competitive salary alongside a realistic and achievable commission structure. As you develop and progress to Senior Sales Executive level, your salary increases, alongside enhanced earning potential and greater reward for performance.

About The Sales Executive Role

You’ll be representing some of the UK’s most desirable premium cars, supported by great facilities and a professional, customer-focused environment. Plus, you’ll have access to exclusive staff rates on prestige cars, because we believe the people who sell great cars should be able to experience them too.

You’ll welcome customers, understand what they’re looking for, and guide them through a premium, consultative buying experience from first conversation to handover. This is a role for someone who enjoys people, takes pride in delivering a brilliant experience, and wants to be rewarded for performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
