New Car Sales Manager
Junior Sales Executive Senior Technical Account Manager (Hires) Ltd London
About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive (minimum 50% related sales experience but bare runners encouraged) to build our new SaaS (Software as a Service) product inside our rapidly growing SaaS business, after having powered our AI portfolio for the last decade. You'll join a no-nonsense, scrappy team and help drive sales, growing our customer base, revenues, and aspirations rapidly.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
We love scrappy fun to scrapiness. This is a job with mahax.
- Building happier relationships with existing/viral/high potential customers.
- Driving pipeline & reiterating the New V2 roadmap to achieve revenue & customer targets as part of the wider CSaM team.
- Holding aggressive quarterly targets/monthly deliveries for customers & recruits.
- Positioning, pricing, selling, and supporting our customers—anything & everything goes.
- Having a go at everything you believe is in the best interest of accelerating market expansion.
- Doing those things for people who are weirdly motivated by sales and hypersensitive to crap.
For optimal results, team collaboration and execution, it helps if you still have the grit to play, go all-in, and get stuff done—aka rush-in-all-hands movement.
What to Bring to the Party
Minimum 50% sales/stakeholder management/commercial experience is mandatory; the rest is subject to change(as most things are. Nobody mosquitoes the sacred "of course, you must-have X level of Y" in this upwards trajectory).
- Qualities of a winner: Hustle hard, move fast, join the fun, if in doubt go for it.
- Conflict resolution gamer: Excellent at motivating and rallying teams.
- Humps-taker: You can deal with ambiguity & trivial things.
- Process rules: Strong following of sales process with other departments, with pragmatic flexibility.
Bonus: Marketer, ML with Focus groups & AI behaviour experience is preferred for future CX.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
