Ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to step into a New Car Sales Manager role at our Vertu Ford Bromley dealership.
We are offering a competitive basic salary of £45,000 with an OTE of £65,000, a company car, and a full range of benefits.
About The Role
As a New Car Sales Manager, you’ll lead and support a team of 1 Business Manager and 4 Sales Executives, while driving performance and delivering a customer-first experience, setting the standard for integrity, trust, and responsible, transparent practices.
Your Focus Will Be On
- Creating a supportive, inclusive environment where people can do their best work
- Leading the sale of new Ford vehicles, alongside finance and value-added products
- Managing sales campaigns and promotions in line with brand in full compliance with regulatory requirements
- Balancing performance, profitability and customer satisfaction in a sustainable way

About You
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager, ready to progress into their next role. You’ll have experience in the motor industry and a genuine interest in supporting sales performance, profitability and efficient ways of working.
You’ll Likely Bring
- Proven success as a New or General Sales Manager in a main dealership
- A track record of improving sales performance, profitability or operational efficiency
- A collaborative, motivational leadership style with a passion for people and performance
- Strong commercial acumen with a commitment to ethical, customer-focused practice
A strong sense of accountability and integrity is essential, with the ability to balance commercial success alongside responsible selling practices.
