New Enquiries Paralegal
Location: London | Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
About the Role: A leading national litigation specialist law firm, acting for both corporate and individual clients, is seeking a New Enquiries Paralegal to join its high-profile Personal Injury and Medical Negligence teams on a permanent basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to ground-breaking litigation while gaining valuable experience in a well-established UK law firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming enquiries via phone and email efficiently and professionally
- Direct catastrophic injury cases to the appropriate partners based on complex assessments
- Communicate with clients to:
- Gather detailed information about injuries
- Understand clients' specific needs
- Provide clear guidance where needed
- Support Business Development (BD)-related initiatives, including:
- Preparing articles or presentations
- Participating in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions

Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
- A strong academic background, with a 2:1 degree at undergraduate level
- Prior experience in personal injury or medical negligence is highly desirable
- Proven new enquiries handling experience
