New Enquiry Manager – Legal Customer Services

The Company

We are a well-established, award-winning company based in Warrington, offering DNA, drugs and alcohol, and healthcare testing services to the:

  • Legal community
  • Members of the public
  • Companies across the UK and internationally

This is a fantastic opportunity for a New Enquiry Manager to join our Legal Customer Services team and develop both commercial and customer service skills while playing a key role in supporting legal professionals.


About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will:

  • Handle inbound enquiries
  • Provide tailored quotations
  • Deliver a consultative service that adds real value

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to conversion.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound enquiries from:
    • Legal professionals
    • Local authorities
    • Social workers
  • Providing accurate quotations and following up to maximise conversions
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
  • Delivering a high-quality, consultative customer experience
  • Managing enquiries across:
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Live chat
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM
  • Resolving client queries efficiently with a focus on first-contact resolution
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to support client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need at least 2 years’ experience in a B2B customer service role, with a preference for legal or public sector experience.

Essential Qualities & Skills

  • Strong communication skills, with a professional and confident approach
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to spot sales opportunities
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
