New Enquiry Manager – Legal Customer Services
The Company
We are a well-established, award-winning company based in Warrington, offering DNA, drugs and alcohol, and healthcare testing services to the:
- Legal community
- Members of the public
- Companies across the UK and internationally
This is a fantastic opportunity for a New Enquiry Manager to join our Legal Customer Services team and develop both commercial and customer service skills while playing a key role in supporting legal professionals.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will:
- Handle inbound enquiries
- Provide tailored quotations
- Deliver a consultative service that adds real value
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to conversion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound enquiries from:
- Legal professionals
- Local authorities
- Social workers
- Providing accurate quotations and following up to maximise conversions
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
- Delivering a high-quality, consultative customer experience
- Managing enquiries across:
- Phone
- Live chat
- Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM
- Resolving client queries efficiently with a focus on first-contact resolution
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to support client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
You’ll need at least 2 years’ experience in a B2B customer service role, with a preference for legal or public sector experience.
Essential Qualities & Skills
- Strong communication skills, with a professional and confident approach
- Commercial awareness and the ability to spot sales opportunities
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
