About Us
Tangram Health is a connected network of 8 allied health clinics around the North and North-West Sydney region with almost 20 health professionals (and growing!). We all work together as part of a multidisciplinary team to help people reach their health goals. We speak to GP's daily, work closely with specialists, local sports teams, businesses, and the community to help real people with real health problems every day. We like to think of ourselves as the clinics with the people that can handle even the most complex of health conditions, and make sure we all have the right knowledge and skills to do this.
Your Caseload
In a typical week, you'll see so many interesting cases! From broken bones, post-surgical rehabilitation (shoulders and knees especially), sports injuries (we sponsor and look after a few local sports teams), pre-employment screens, and of course your everyday sore backs, knees, and shoulders in kids, mums, and dads. Every day is a little bit different which makes work so much more rewarding and fun! We only offer one-on-one appointments with our patients, so you can have the time and privacy to get to know your patients' story and give them the right treatment they need. You'll be giving out accurate and practical advice and education, providing manual therapy when indicated, and designing well thought out exercise programs that really target what people need at that time to help them. What you won't see are any factory lines, curtain clinics, or people hooked up to ancient electrotherapy machines.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
