Job Title: Sales Advisor
Location: Colchester, Essex
Salary: Up to £31,000 - OTE £65,000+
Working Pattern: Thursday – Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pm

I'm delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-known housebuilder for an exciting opportunity in a busy area of Essex.
This role is suited to an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer journey and thrives in a target-driven environment.

You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the full home buying journey, from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth and professional service throughout.
The Role
- Managing the full sales process from enquiry to completion
- Welcoming and qualifying prospective purchasers
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all stages of the journey
- Negotiating sales and supporting customers through to exchange and completion
- Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors
- Maintaining accurate records and completing all required administration
- Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activity
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets
About You
- Experience within new homes sales
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Target-driven with a proven ability to close sales
- Well-presented, professional, and personable
- Organised with good attention to detail
- A team player with a proactive and motivated approach

Package & Benefits
- Basic salary up to £31,000
- OTE £65,000+
- High % of net sale price on exchange/completion
- 5% commission on extras (uncapped)
