Are you looking for an exciting opportunity within the Property industry?
Our client, one of the most well-known property developers, is looking to hire an experienced Sales Consultant to join their team in East London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-performing developer that is starting to transform the local community. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Sales as you will be joining a well-respected team that prides themselves on sustaining high standards.

Role Overview
- Negotiate offers through to completion
- Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite, and respectful manner.
- Carry out viewings with prospective purchasers.
- Develop relationships with existing and new clients.
- Attend Networking Events.
Requirements:
- Ideally, two years' experience in Residential Sales
- Ability to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships.
- Confident use of the telephone to generate leads from the database.
- Target and goal driven.

Package:
- Up to £35,000 basic.
- £60,000+ OTE
- Competitive commission structure.
