Sales Manager (6 Month FTC) Salary: £60,000 plus bonus Location: Essex
About the Business Our client is a well-established housebuilder, known for delivering high-quality residential developments. They are currently looking to strengthen their sales team during a particularly busy period.
The Role We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join on a 6 month fixed term contract, covering a busy period for the team. This is a great chance to step in, make an immediate impact, and lead a sales team from the front. You'll need to hit the ground running, bringing structure, motivation and accountability to the team while keeping a firm focus on commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and manage a sales team on a day-to-day basis
- Hold the team accountable for hitting individual and site sales targets
- Drive commercial performance across the sales operation
- Monitor sales progress and identify areas for improvement
- Support the team with on-site sales activity where needed
- Report on sales performance and targets to senior management
- Quickly get up to speed with the business and existing team structure
- Deliver measurable results within the fixed term of the contract

Essential Experience
- Proven sales management experience within a housebuilder
- Confident leading, motivating and holding a team accountable to targets
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting sales numbers
- Able to hit the ground running and deliver results quickly
- Valid right to work in the UK
