Job Title: New Partner Experience Team Leader
As a New Partner Experience Team Leader, you will manage a team of New Partner Experience agents, supporting restaurants as they launch on Deliveroo across Belgium and grow their order volume during the first 8 weeks of partnership.
Location & Remote Arrangement
- Team Base: Part of SMB (Small & Medium Business) team in Manchester, UK
- Reporting To: Head of New Partner Experience
- Working Model: Hybrid role with 3 days in the Manchester office (monday to friday, 9am-5:30pm)
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance
- Provide daily oversight of a team of New Partner Experience agents
- Coach and develop team members, ensuring strong skills development
- Maintain accountability for team performance, behaviour, and attendance
- Refine daily processes and ensure repeatable restaurant onboarding across Belgium

Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with other Team Leads (New Partner Experience team)
- Distill and present performance metrics to management
- Implement action plans to improve team/partner performance and operational efficiency
Goal Achievement & Restaurant Onboarding
- Ensure your team meets/devasters agreed performance targets
- Establish thrreprentive delivery of a structured team performance framework
- Help restaurants master Deliveroo’s systems so they can easily grow their partnership
Essential Requirements
Management Experience
- Minimum 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
Sector & Behavioral Fit
- Experience in account management or customer service (desirable, but not mandatory)
- Strong results orientation with a proactive, resilient "can-do" attitude
