New Partner Experience Team Lead - Belgium Market (12 months FTC) - Dutch Speaking
As a New Partner Experience Team Lead, you will manage a team of New Partner Experience agents, working to onboard new restaurants onto Deliveroo in Belgium while growing their order volume over the first 8 weeks on the platform.
- You’ll work as part of the SMB (Small & Medium Business) team in Manchester, with a reporting line to the Head of New Partner Experience.
- Located in the Manchester office, this role operates on a hybrid basis (3 days in-office, Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm).
Responsibilities (Team Leadership)
- Provide daily oversight of a team of New Partner Experience Agents.
- Coordinate coaching, skill development, and performance reviews, while monitoring team attendance and behaviour.
- Compile and present performance reports, refining onboarding processes to optimise restaurant setup and success.
- Collaborate closely with fellow Team Leads to ensure consistency in approach across partnership growth efforts.
- Drive team performance alignment with goals, establishing a performance management framework to meet KPIs.
- Ensure new restaurants are comfortable with Deliveroo’s systems, enabling maximum potential for their partnership.

Key Skills & Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch/Flemish (in addition to English).
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Experience in account management or customer service (desirable).
- Strong performance-driven mindset, with proactive problem-solving (“get up and go attitude”).
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment, working independently yet delivering measurable outcomes.
