New Product Development (NPD) Manager – FMCG Brand Growth Opportunity

Join a groundbreaking journey with a globally recognised FMCG brand at a transformative stage—where bold ideas shape the future and high-impact work is at your fingertips.

With a focus on innovation, brand growth, and customer-driven solutions, this role offers the chance to:

  • Lead cross-functional teams and amplify the brand’s market influence
  • Develop commercial, compliant, and consumer-resonant products from concept to launch
  • Combine global strategy with local expertise to drive elite product development across UK and international channels

About the Role

As NPD Manager, you will be the strategic architect and execution lead for the brand’s future product pipeline. Sitting at the core of their UK business, your responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of the NPD pipeline: From ideation to customer-facing launch, ensuring every product is innovative, compliant, and aligned with market demands.
  • Collaboration across functions: Work closely with global stakeholders, commercial, category, compliance, marketing, sales, and external partners to deliver exceptional results.
  • ** перевод trend insights and technical expertise into market-compelling products**. Your decisions shape what consumers love—and what drives revenue growth.
  • Autonomy, visibility, and visibility: Attain high-impact influence with flexibility in working locations (hybrid model: circa 3 days per week at HQ).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
