New Product Development Manager
New Product Development (NPD) Manager – FMCG Brand Growth Opportunity

About the Role
As NPD Manager, you will be the strategic architect and execution lead for the brand’s future product pipeline. Sitting at the core of their UK business, your responsibilities include:
- Ownership of the NPD pipeline: From ideation to customer-facing launch, ensuring every product is innovative, compliant, and aligned with market demands.
- Collaboration across functions: Work closely with global stakeholders, commercial, category, compliance, marketing, sales, and external partners to deliver exceptional results.
