New Product Development Manager

Fired up to over achieve and get noticed for your efforts?

We’re in partnership with a hugely successful FMCG brand that’s found in homes all over the world. They’re at a pivotal and incredibly exciting stage in their journey, with big plans, major investment, and a real ambition to shake things up and make some serious noise in the market. They’re looking for top talent to join them on that journey, so this is a fantastic opportunity to come in right at the start of something big and genuinely make an impact.

With a focus on innovation, brand growth, and customer partnerships, this is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, ambitious environment where you can have real impact.

The Role

As the successful NPD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future product pipeline for a dynamic FMCG brand. Sitting at the heart of the UK business, you’ll act as the bridge between global innovation strategy and local market execution, turning insight, trends and technical expertise into commercially successful, compliant and exciting product launches. You’ll own the NPD pipeline from concept through to launch, leading cross-functional teams, influencing global stakeholders and working closely with commercial, category, compliance, marketing, sales and external partners to bring best-in-class products to market. With real autonomy, visibility and the chance to impact both UK and international channels, this role is ideal for someone who is passionate about innovation, and creating products that genuinely resonate with consumers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
