New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager

About the role
We are looking for a driven and highly organised New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager to lead the successful launch of innovative new products from concept through to production and global market release.
The NPI Manager will work cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, Purchasing, Compliance, Commercial, Marketing, and external manufacturing partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for innovation and process improvement, with good people management skills and can be assertive and help relevant teams to keep track and deliver tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end NPI projects across cycling, motorcycle, and performance product categories.
- Develop and maintain detailed launch plans, timelines, and project trackers.
- Coordinate product handover from NPD to Operations, Commercial & Marketing Teams
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches globally.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to cost, quality, supply continuity, and timelines.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to secure component and raw material availability.
- Track and report key NPI metrics, milestones, and project performance updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across operational and product launch processes.
- Co-ordinate post-launch reviews and lessons learned activities.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in NPI, Project Management, Manufacturing, or Product Development.
- Experience working with consumer goods, cycling, sports, chemical, or FMCG products preferred.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work effectively with international suppliers and manufacturing partners.
