Customer Assistant in Operations
Work Pattern
This is a 32-hour, early morning and core hours position, with shifts starting from 4am, including weekends. Please note that a full work pattern will be discussed at interview

This role asks you to roll up your sleeves and work smart. You’ll be responsible for:
- Stock management
- Deliveries
- Behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the shop floor full, clean, and customer-ready
Speed, precision, and urgency are key. You’ll need to be fast, focused, and always one step ahead to maintain the flow of products.
Responsibilities
- Flexibility is crucial: You’ll cover shifts across the wider store as needed, meeting the fast-paced demands of retail.
- Digital fluency: Full confidence in using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently, with a focus on availability and speed.
- Team collaboration: Ahead-of-hours team player who supports colleagues across various store functions—helping keep everything running seamlessly.
- On-the-move mindset: Shift from early morning deliveries to late-day stock reorganizing, adapting quickly to meet operational needs.
