Hot Food Team Role – Frontline Food Ambassador

Work Pattern

The role requires flexible scheduling. Here’s a typical rotation:

Week 1:

  • Sunday: 07:00–15:00
  • Monday: 07:00–15:00
  • Wednesday: 07:00–15:00
  • Friday: 07:00–15:00

Week 2:

  • Monday: 07:00–15:00
  • Tuesday: 07:00–15:00
  • Thursday: 07:00–15:00
  • Saturday: 07:00–15:00

About the Role

Join Marks & Spencer’s groundbreaking new Hot Food counters—fast-paced, high-energy roles where quality, speed, and service unite. As a Totally Food Ambassador (Frontline Food Team Member), you’ll:

  • Serve food hot, fast, and perfectly every time
  • Act as a brand ambassador, confidently recommending fresh offerings
  • thrive under pressure while maintaining fast, safe, high-quality service
