Customer Assistant (Food Section) – 16-Hour Early/Shift Role
Work Pattern
This is a 16-hour, early morning and core hours position with shifts starting from 4am, including weekends. A full work pattern will be discussed during the interview.
A +£3.00/hour unsocial premium applies to hours worked between 22:00–06:00.

Key Responsibilities
- Selling & Serving: Confidently recommend and sell new Food products, driving sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported with every interaction.
- Sales Growth: Contribute to increased store sales through dynamic teamwork and adaptability.
- Digital Skills: Effectively use retail tech tools (e.g., Sparks, in-store devices) to streamline customer requests and enhance shopping experiences.
- Teamwork: Maintain a positive, hardworking atmosphere, supporting colleagues to deliver seamless service.
- Flexibility: Work across multiple store sections, adapting to diverse demands—no two shifts are the same!
