Customer Assistant (Food Section) – Full-Time Early & Shift Roles Marks & Spencer (M&S)
Work Pattern
This is a full-time role with early mornings and core hours, including shifts starting from 4am daily as well as weekends.
⚠️ Important: Exact shift patterns will be discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll be the frontline of M&S and a selling machine, ensuring customers feel valued with:
- Five-star service in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment during peak store hours (4am–midday+).
- Exceeding sales growth through exceptional product recommendations and customer engagement.
- Mastering our digital tools (Sparks system, in-store devices) to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
- Operating across various store areas, adapting to demand with grace and enthusiasm.
- Selling, stocking, helping customers, and maintaining a high-energy, supportive team culture.

Unsociable Hours Compensation
Hours worked between 10pm–6am earn £3.00 extra per hour as unsocial premium pay.
