Work Pattern

  • SUN 10:30 – 19:00
  • MON 13:30 – 21:00
  • TUE 13:30 – 21:00
  • WED 13:30 – 21:00

About the Role

Join Marks & Spencer (M&S) as a Customer Assistant in our Bakery section, delivering fresh goods with precision under pressure.

This role is for hands-on, high-energy ambassadors who embody our passion for food excellence and drive perfection in every shift. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where ambition meets efficiency, ensuring the highest standards in food quality, safety, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operation at the Sharp End:
    • Work with fresh produce, maintaining -five-star service every shift.
    • Deliver hot bread and freshness to customers as M&S’s brand representation.
