Customer Assistant (Bakery Section) – Fast-Paced Role at M&S
Work Pattern
- Sunday: 15:00 – 19:00
- Monday: 14:00 – 18:00
- Tuesday: 14:00 – 18:00
- Wednesday: 14:00 – 18:00
- Thursday: 14:00 – 18:00

This job involves using specialist cutting equipment, so we can only accept applicants aged 18 or over. This is required by health and safety legislation to ensure workplace safety for all colleagues.
About the Role
Join the M&S team as a Customer Assistant in our Bakery Section—where precision, speed, and passion for fresh produce unite.
You’ll be a hands-on, in-the-trenches brand ambassador, bringing energy and attention to detail to every shift. Your role is to deliver hot bread, fresh service, and five-star experiences to our customers while maintaining the highest standards in food quality and safety.
