Requirements
To get started in this role, you’ll need:
- A BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing
- An excellent understanding of both the optics and audiology customer journeys
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Passion for providing top-notch customer service
- Ability to be a great team worker
