# Sales Executive – New & Used Honda Cars Location: 69-73 Glenmachan Street (Boucher Road), Northern Ireland

About the Role & Company

Our mission at Donnelly Group Boucher Road – Northern Ireland’s only Honda dealership – is to deliver unparalleled customer service while serving an extensive range of new and used Honda vehicles. We blend quality, reliability, and innovative solutions, proudly building a reputation for exceeding expectations.

We are seeking motivated Sales Executives to join our established team and grow in this dynamic automotive industry. In this role, you’ll:

  • Represent the Honda brand with confidence
  • Deliver expert customer experiences and close sales
  • Cultivate long-term customer relationships through exceptional care
  • Work in a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development

OTE: £41,500 + uncapped commission – your earnings depend on meeting ambitious (but achievable) targets.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Sales & Consultation:

  • Sell new & used Honda vehicles tailored to individual customer needs
  • Provide expert guidance on vehicles, finances, insurance, and technologies
  • Convert leads (CRM/in-house databases) into successful sales

🔹 Customer Relationships:

  • Build trust through consistent, professional service to encourage repeat business
  • Turn satisfied customers into brand champions via word-of-mouth referrals

🔹 Team & Operationalcontributions:

  • Assist colleagues to meet team-wide sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions

🔹 Performance & Growth:

  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) through proactive lead management
  • Excel in fast-paced, target-driven environments with agility

Must-Have Requirements

✅ 2+ years of experience in a high-pressure sales environment ✅ Excellent customer service with a warm, engaging personality ✅ Proven negotiation & relationship-building skills ✅ Daily commute by car (~30m from Belfast, full UK licence required) ✅ Matriculation level: 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) – including Maths & English ✅ Sound computer literacy (Microsoft Office proficiency)


Nice to Have

🔸 Experience in Honda or premium financial services lanes is advantageous 🔸 Diploma or in-house Honda training experience speeds up onboarding
