About The Role

About the Role

Do you have confidence working with data, a pro-active mindset, and exceptional attention to detail? Then this might be the job for you!

This opportunity sits within our Newstrade Marketing department — working closely with publishers, retail and supply chain to distribute products like magazines and collectables. We love promotions, so you’ll be bringing some of the biggest magazine campaigns to life in-store from well-known brands! It’s a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Please note - this is a mixture of retail and trade marketing. It is not a digital marketing role. You will be responsible for providing vital admin support, understanding market conditions, analysing sales and retail trends and both the planning and implementation of retail promotions. You will use your excellent communication skills to liaise with our publishing teams and external companies.

We offer an informal hybrid working model, with a minimum of 8 office days, in the London office, every 4 weeks.

We currently have two roles available in the team, one at our Central London office (Farringdon) and one based in our Hammersmith office.

  • Analysing performance of products within our portfolio and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Market analysis reports
  • Maintain accurate product information across internal supply chain systems
  • Communicate key product and promotional information to national accounts and category teams
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
