Full-Time, 12-Month Paid Contract

This full-time, 12-month paid contract offers the potential to transition into a permanent role upon successful completion, depending on business needs.

About Your Studio

YourStudio is a dynamic strategy and creative agency specialising in next-generation experiences and environments for global brands. With studios in London, Melbourne, New York and LA, we work supportively as one global team to deliver award-winning retail experiences that are recognised globally.

About the NextGen Programme

Our NextGen Programme is a fully immersive, 12-month creative launchpad designed to embed future creatives directly into the heart of our studio. NextGen is a dedicated entry point for emerging talent who are deeply passionate about design and visual language. You will have a desire to translate creative thinking into tangible, meaningful ideas and a curiosity about how these ideas resonate with people and in culture. Working under the guidance of senior team members, you will contribute to research, ideation and production tasks — building your understanding of the creative process from concept to realisation.

You will bring energy, attention to detail and fresh thinking to everything you touch, developing your creative, technical and communication skills with each project you work on.

Success in this role means the wider team can move faster and with greater confidence — knowing there is a reliable, engaged early careers creative contributing meaningfully at every stage.

We are looking for creative potential and curiosity, with a genuine interest in retail design and how brands connect with their audience.

Project Embedded - Full Circle Creative & Strategic Experience

Over the course of the programme, you will get a comprehensive, 360-degree view of how a creative studio operates, exploring how tactical strategy shapes environmental and brand design.

You will be fully embedded in live project teams across different client accounts, gaining hands-on exposure to:

  • Strategy — learning how to dive deep into cultural trends, audience behaviors, and competitor landscapes. You’ll help transform raw data and research into actionable insights that shape the creative brief.
  • 3D Design — helping conceptualize physical spaces, selecting materials, and ideating on in-store experiences that respond directly to the project's strategic goals.
  • Visual & Graphic Design — supporting the crafting of visual identities, typography, layout systems, and digital/print assets that bring the strategic narrative to life.
  • Real Studio Delivery — learning the commercial side of agency life—how strategy and design move from raw concepts to technical handovers, client presentations, and real-world execution.

What You’ll Do

You will be embedded directly into a live, cross-functional project team, tracking the project’s organic lifecycle holistically. Within the team, you will respond to real-time needs—navigating Strategy, Brand, and 3D Environment Design simultaneously as the brief evolves. We do not expect candidates to have experience in all these disciplines — we would tailor tasks in response to individual strengths and skillsets, while ensuring exposure and growth opportunities across other specialisms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who You Are

At YourStudio, talent isn’t defined by a specific degree, a traditional background, or formal professional training. If you have the drive, a fierce creative curiosity, and a genuine passion for how people experience spaces, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for creative individuals who want to immerse themselves in every single layer of the creative process. For us, designing retail environments is a holistic journey—and you'll be involved in all of it. This means you are just as excited about the tactical, deep-dive strategy work that uncovers why audiences behave the way they do, as you are about the creative moves and storytelling that brings those spaces to life.

Whether you are self-taught, changing careers, or taking your very first step into the creative industry, what matters most to us is your unique perspective, your eagerness to learn, and your passion for shaping the future of retail design.

We're less interested in the path you've taken than the potential you've demonstrated.

You may be a recent graduate, self-taught creative, career changer or someone who has built skills through personal projects or another creative discipline. What matters is that you've already begun developing a strong creative point of view and can demonstrate thoughtful work that shows curiosity, craft and potential.

You don't need experience across strategy, brand and spatial design—but you should have genuine interest in how ideas move from insight to execution. We want to meet people who enjoy asking questions, exploring problems and creating work that connects brands with people in meaningful ways.

What’s in it for You?
