NHS Enterprise Software Sales Specialist
Senior NHS Software Sales opportunities
£60-80k Base | £120-140k+ OTE | Enterprise Software | Account Development and New Business Sales vacancies
I'm working with a highly successful UK health tech business that has spent more than 20 years helping NHS organisations improve digital experiences for patients, carers and staff. They're now hiring two experienced enterprise software sales professionals to capitalise on a significant growth opportunity across an established NHS customer base.
The platform is proven. The customer relationships already exist. The opportunity is expansion. This isn't transactional software sales.
You'll be leading complex, consultative sales engagements across NHS Trusts, ICBs and ICSs, navigating multiple stakeholders, building executive-level relationships, and developing compelling business cases that secure high-value, long-term software partnerships. Success in these role comes from understanding organisational challenges, influencing senior decision-makers, and uncovering opportunities that span multiple departments, budgets and strategic priorities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
