About The Role
We are looking for a committed and knowledgeable Electrical Manager to take charge of our electrical operations and ensure full compliance with industry standards and regulations. As the NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (QS), you will play a pivotal role in managing and directing electrical operatives and operational standards across all electrical works carried out by our teams, with a sharp focus on service quality, regulatory compliance, health & safety, cost control, and timely project delivery.

About The Team
You’ll be joining a skilled and collaborative electrical team committed to delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality work across all projects. Our team values professionalism, continuous improvement, and mutual support, working closely to uphold industry standards and exceed expectations. With a strong focus on compliance and innovation, we foster an environment where expertise is shared and development is encouraged.
About You
You’re a qualified and experienced electrical professional with a strong understanding of current regulations and compliance standards. You hold relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, AM2, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, 2391 52 Inspection & Testing) and are registered or eligible to be registered as a NICEIC Qualified Supervisor.
You have a proven track record in inspection, testing, and certification, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality. Strong organisational & communication skills, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential, along with the confidence to guide and support teams in delivering compliant electrical work.
Ideally, you will have had previous experience in managing data and performance via KPIs and the ability to audit your teams as well as analyse and record data to be shared with senior colleagues. IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications, Asbestos risk awareness and experience in using job management systems such as Northgate/NEC, Total Mobile, would be desirable.
