Team Leader & Brand Ambassador

We are currently searching for a Team Leader & Brand Ambassador to join our team in Manchester. Our successful candidate will have experience in looking after customers and representing the brand he/she/they work for, as well as being a skilled and responsible team Leader, looking after both the store and the team. With a high level of enthusiasm, communication and attention to detail, and puts our customers' needs at the heart of every decision.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:

  • Leading by example through active selling and client engagement on the shop floor.
  • Maximising conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and client retention.
  • Analysing sales performance and implementing action plans when required.
  • Supporting promotional events, product launches, and department store activations.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and VIP customers.
  • Resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensuring all team members maintain the highest service standards.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing team members when required.
  • Conducting performance reviews and regular coaching sessions.
  • Fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records.
  • Conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts.
  • Investigating stock discrepancies and minimising losses.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 3–5+ years in retail management.
  • Luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, jewellery, or premium retail experience preferred.
  • Experience managing a concession or department store corner highly desirable.
  • Strong sales and commercial acumen.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Inventory and operational management.
  • Ability to analyse KPIs and implement action plans.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
