As our next Night Auditor, you…
- Are the ‘face of ibis London Excel’, extending a warm welcome to our guests during the night, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
- Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day.
- Are an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.
- Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to make sure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after.
- Should be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.

A Little More Information
To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English and have sufficient experience in a customer service role.
Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.

Qualifications
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferable
- Fluency in English
- Similar or equivalent experience preferred.
- Telephone and guest relations etiquette and skills.
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK
