About This Role
We’re hiring a Night Auditor to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Dartford Bridge—a vibrant hotel nestled just four miles from Bluewater Shopping Centre and a quick 17-minute train ride to Central London. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and loves delivering excellent service.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll have:
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to assist guests professionally at night
- A hardworking, resilient attitude with attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving ability
- Experience using Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word)
Key Responsibilities

Guest Services:
- Welcome and assistance guests during late-night hours (check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries)
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently

Financial & Operational Duties:
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare accurate audit reports
- Ensure security protocols are followed while monitoring hotel systems
