About the Role
Joining Mercure London Bankside as our Night Auditor is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of Accor’s flagship hotels—strategically located in central London, near London Bridge, Waterloo, and Blackfriars stations.

Your Responsibilities
As Night Auditor, you will embody the Mercure London Bankside ethos through exceptional customer service and guest hospitality:
- Deliver friendly, professional, and personalised customer support, mirroring our high-end boutique hotel experience
- Manage all check-in/check-out processes, including registration, financial transactions, cashier reconciliation, and express check-outs
- Respond expediently to guest inquiries, complaints, wake-up calls, mail, messages, and special requests
- Conduct accurate daily audits and reports, ensuring seamless financial and operational accountability
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B teams, and security on room status, guest needs, and lost property
- Uphold all hotel policies and ensure safety/security best practices
- Participate in team briefings and ongoing training to maintain excellence
