About the Role
Our mission at ibis London Excel is to create memorable moments for our guests, by connecting hearts from arrival to farewell.
As our Night Auditor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the smooth operation of the hotel overnight.
Key Responsibilities
As a Night Auditor at ibis London Excel, you will:
- Be the "face of ibis London Excel", extending warm welcomes to guests at night, prioritising their well-being, and adding a personal touch to their stay.
- Support general hotel operations during night shifts and assist other departments in preparing for the following day.
- Act as an autonomous and passionate individual, committed to continuously enhancing the quality of hotel services.
- Conduct night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure everyone’s safety.
- Maintain confidence in guest relations, including welcoming and providing support to all guests—especially those requiring special assistance.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Training in front of house functions and property/safety duties.
- Practising telephone and guest relations etiquette.
- Participating in a one-night stay experience to understand our guests’ perspective.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum Essentials
- Fluency in English.
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
- Customer service experience is strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using Opera or a similar hotel property management system.
- Proficiency in telephone and guest relations etiquette.
