Job Description

About the Role

We are searching for a fun and enthusiastic full-time Night Auditor at Novotel London Blackfriars. Our Night Auditor will report to the Front Office Manager and work under the direction of the Night Manager during overnight operations. As the hotel’s representative overnight, you will act on behalf of senior management, meeting guest expectations while ensuring a smooth and efficient night operation.

You are required to be fully flexible across week nights and weekends, and the shift patterns generally alternate between 8.45pm until 7.00am OR 9.45pm - 8.00am, four days per week. We also require some flexibility in working occasional day shifts, to cover annual leave and sickness.

Success in this role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for completing accurate night audit processes and maintaining the hotel’s financial and operational reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
