About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor in our hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, and keeping financial processes meticulously accurate.

Guest Experience & Operations
- Welcome late-arriving guests and bid farewell to early departures, providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay
- Ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process, maximizing guest satisfaction while maintaining property safety and security
- Respond promptly and professionally to all guest requests and concerns, prioritizing total customer satisfaction

Financial Reconciliation & Administration
- Perform daily reconciliation of the hotel’s financial transactions (room charges, ancillary revenues, paid-out downtime, off-post costs etc.)
- Check and prepare reports, including completion of audits and collating necessary departure paperwork
- Manage and confirm reservation details and guest accounts, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the system
Overnight Operations & Collaboration
- Oversee the hotel’s overnight operations, taking initiative to address and resolve any guest or operational issues that may arise
- Collaborate closely with front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional front desk environment and ensure all equipment is fully operational
Additional Duties
- Distribute relevant reports and notices to the necessary departments (e.g., overnight manager, housekeeping)
- Set breakfast for early departures
- Handle and process cash payments along with credit card transactions accurately (perление regulations and fraud prevention practices)

Requirements & Qualifications
Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills in a guest-facing role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently during night shifts (typically 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
- Good understanding of basic finance and accounting practices (e.g., reconciliations, audits)
- Ability to use computer applications required for night audit tasks (e.g., Opera Cloud). Prior experience is a plus.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive attitude to take ownership of tasks independently
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
- A basic understanding of local hospitality laws and regulations
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and perform varied duties as required
