Night Auditor – Hotels Team

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Night Auditor, you’re not just overseeing overnight financial audits and reconciliations—you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make every guest’s stay unforgettable.


Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical shift:

  • Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day’s financial activity across outlets
  • Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports
  • Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve anomalies found between financial reports and takings
  • Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use
  • Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
