Night Care and Support Assistant
Night Care & Support Assistant – Join Our Caring Community at Marjorie House
Location: 1 Crichel Mount Road, Poole, BH14 8LT
Pay: £13.05 - £13.30 per hour
Hours: 36.75 per week
Shift Pattern: 07:45 - 08:00 (including alternate weekend working requisite)
About the Role

We welcome individuals with transferable skills—whether from customer service, community support, or simply a deep empathy for others—who are eager to learn and grow within our caring team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care, ensuring residents receive dignity and respect
- Encourage independence and engagement through physical and social activities
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
- Build meaningful friendships and relationships with residents
- Uphold Care South’s HEART values: Honesty, Excellence, Approach, Respect, and Teamwork
- Participate in statutory training on health and safety, infection control, and dementia care
