About The Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments and memories. This role offers a fulfilling environment where every day is different, providing varied and rewarding work.
As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities could include:
- Supporting residents with their food and drink
- Following and implementing care plans
- Ensuring residents receive one-to-one attention

About You
