(Part of the Guardian Homecare team at Blackburn)

## Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your day will involve a mix of personal support, companionship, and vital care tasks. You’ll:
- Support residents in maintaining independence within Extra Care apartments
- Provide reassurance and companionship, fostering meaningful daily connections
- Assist with:
- Medication management
- Mobility support
- Mealtime assistance
- Work closely with a dedicated on-site care team, ensuring continuous, high-quality support
- Deliver personal care with the utmost dignity, respect, and sensitivity
- Respond promptly to emergency calls or alarms within the community
- Encourage participation in social activities, helping residents engage with their shared environment
