Night Care Assistant
About The Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Your responsibilities will include assistance with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing meaningful moments and memories.
Each day will bring variety, offering rewarding opportunities to:
- Support residents with food and drink
- Follow comprehensive care plans
- Provide one-to-one time and companionship

To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Some experience in caring for older people
